While You Are Here
- Upon arrival our clinical staff will review your completed clinical history, outside medical records, medications and the reason for your visit. Having these in order in advance will allow us to focus your assessment and shorten your waiting time during your visit.
- You will meet with one of our physicians to review your information for a history and physical examination.
- After this assessment based upon your needs, diagnostic testing which may include allergy skin/or laboratory testing, radiologic or pulmonary function testing may be considered.
- At the completion of the visit an action plan will be provided outlining your diagnosis and any diagnostic or therapeutic interventions which may be necessary.
